"From start to finish, I'm really thrilled with our fall," said men's Cross Country head coach Collin Zeffer. "Many of the guys had breakout seasons and we had a lot of first year athletes have some bright moments. We caught some tough breaks in big races which were certainly frustrating at times but you're never going to be perfect. There was a lot of progress made this year so far compared to last fall. It culminated in a 20th place team finish at the regional championships, three places ahead of last year and eight places ahead of 2022. The bar will continue to be raised with these guys and I'm proud of our team for the impact they had individually and collectively."
