Field Hockey Hosts Dartmouth Friday, Heads to Bryant Sunday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Bears continue their season with two games this weekend, hosting Dartmouth on Friday, and traveling to Bryant on Sunday.
Friday's game is set to begin at 4 p.m. at Goldberger Family Field in Providence, R.I. and will stream on ESPN+. Sunday's game is set to begin at noon at Steven '69 and Lily Cowen Field in Smithfield, R.I. and will stream on AmericaEast TV.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
- Offensively, Brown gets over 15 shots off per game. Leading the charge is Katie McCallum with three goals so far. Mia Karine Myklebust (2) and Lexi Pellegrino (2) follow close behind. Lucy Adams leads with five assists.
- Defensively, Julia Hitti holds down the back of the house with two defensive saves.
- Kylee Del Monte has started all six games posting a .655 save percentage and 2.69 goals against average.
- The Big Green's offensive charge is led by Lucia Campaño and Ella Bowman, both with three goals each, and Zoe Schaffer (2) following close behind; Gabriella Braceras leads with four assists.
- Defensively, Dartmouth allows 3.29 goals per game across two goalies, Isabel Andrews and Kylie McKinley, both making appearances in four games. Andrews posts a .667 save percentage and 3.52 goals against average; McKinley holds a 0.571 save percentage and 2.88 goals against average.
- Dartmouth took a non-conference win over Bryant last weekend, winning 3-2 in overtime.
- Friday marks the 48th meeting between Brown and Dartmouth dating back to 1976. Dartmouth holds a 30-15-2 record in the series
- The last 10 matchups between the Big Green and the Bears have been 5-5.
- Caitlin Gallagher leads the Bulldogs offense with four goals. Close behind, Eva Boogers has recorded three goals and two assists.
- Linde van Leeuwen has recorded three defensive saves, followed by Natalie Griffin (1) and Jenny Sorrentino (1).
- Sara DeSousa has appeared in nine games for Bryant and holds a 1.90 goals against average and 0.744 save percentage. Her counterpart, Maud van Lierop, has made appearances in seven and holds a 0.614 save percentage and 2.12 goals against average.
- Sunday will mark the 14th meeting between Brown and Bryant.
- Brown holds a 9-4 series record over the Bulldogs, the Bears have a 4-game win streak.
