PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Seven Bears picked up NIRA All-Academic honors for the 2022-23 season.
Three seniors – Emerson Goodrich, Kate Molloy, and Mahdia Parker – each picked up academic recognition for the second straight year along with junior Noelle Lewis.
Parker was recognized as the recipient of the Joukowsky Student-Athlete Award earlier this spring, given annually to two Brown students (one male and one female) who embody the best qualities of the scholar athlete by achieving success in both the classroom and in athletic competition – a reflection of Brown's commitment to the totality of individual accomplishment.
A trio of Bears – Morgan Cunningham, Delaney Dill, and Jania Vandevoorde each picked up the postseason honor for the first time.
In total, 166 student-athletes across all divisions earned NIRA All-Academic recognition.
