Women's Lacrosse Hosts #14 Yale on Saturday

PRIVDENCE, R.I. – The Brown women's lacrosse team will host No. 14 Yale this Saturday, April 1 at 12 p.m. in a battle of two of the final three unbeaten teams in Ivy League play.
The game will serve as the team's Breast Cancer Awareness game as well as their Alumnae Day. There will be a special dedication during halftime to honor Brown Women's Lacrosse alum Amanda Hertig Cullinan '00. All fans are encouraged to wear pink.
The game will be broadcast live on NESN and ESPN+.

Scouting the Bears (5-4, 2-0 Ivy)
- Brown's shot percentage of .458 leads the Ivy League as the Bears have scored 103 goals on 225 shots. It is 19th in the nation.
- The Bears are also averaging 14.78 draw controls per contest, good for second in the Ivy League and 30th in the country.
- Greta Criqui has scored at least three goals in three straight games, bringing her season total to 13. She has also had 13 draw controls and four ground balls over the last three contests.
- Yale's scoring margin of +4.7 leads the Ivy League. The Bulldogs' 121 goals scored are second in the conference while their 79 goals allowed are first.
- Yale's only two losses on the season have come against then-No. 5 Stony Brook and a UConn team that was receiving votes in the national polls. Wins over ranked competition include Princeton and Duke, both of who were ranked 15th at the time of their games.
- Jenna Collignon leads the Bulldogs with 31 goals on the year and 36 points. Bot marks lead the Ivy League.
- Last season, Yale got the better of Brown in a 15-13 victory. The Bears started the game out on a 4-0 run, but the Bulldogs responded of a 10-0 stretch of their own to take the 10-4 lead.
- Brown cut the deficit to just two twice during the fourth quarter, but weren't able to complete the comeback.
