The Brown Bears Podcast sits down with former Brown wrestler Adam Molano '07, gymnast Gabby Hechtman '19, and current Men's Basketball Operations Coordinator Sam Hershberger who all share a common bond with CrossFit. Hershberger and Hechtman recently qualified for the quarterfinals of the CrossFit Games, and both train out of the gym that is owned by Molano.
