
Wrestling Unveils Seven-Member Incoming Class

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown University wrestling will welcome seven freshmen to the program for the start of the 2020-21 season as part of the Class of 2024, Brown head coach Todd Beckerman announced on Wednesday.

The group has captured multiple state titles and state placer honors and represents five states with two student-athletes apiece coming from Pennsylvania and Ohio alongside one wrester each from California, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. The cohort comprises wrestlers from the lower, middle, and upper weight classes.

"We are really excited about this recruiting class! Credit to our staff for finding the best and brightest," Brown head coach Todd Beckerman said. "This is a strong group of young men that have distinguished themselves both on the mat and in the classroom during their high school years. We are looking forward to introducing them to our university, alumni, and to the broader community of Brown wrestling."
