MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – The Brown men's swimming & diving team wrapped up competition at the NCAA Zone A Championships on Tuesday at the Mylan Park Aquatic Center.
Sophomore Trevor Labuda (Los Altos, Calif.) placed 16th overall in the 3M with a score of 627.05. His back 2 1/2 somersault tuck for his fourth dive scored a 63.00, third best in the round. In the prelims, Labuda recorded a score of 306.15 (17th) while senior William McNelis (Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich.) turned in a mark of 237.75 (39th).
Labuda took 18th in the 1M finals with a score 544.70. He also finished 18th in the prelims with a score of 280.90. McNelis turned in a finish of 271.15 on Tuesday for 23rd.
