Accomplishment you are most proud of:
The accomplishment I am most proud of is our team winning the Ivy League in 2019. To see the growth from my freshman year to my junior year was so rewarding to see that hard work pay off. It was also great to see our team get national recognition because a lot of time Ivy League schools are overlooked in sports.
Favorite experience as a Brown student-athlete:
My favorite experience as a Brown student athlete has been the people and the growth. I've met great people at Brown: coaches, teammates, other athletes, and administration. They're relationships I cherish. Competing in the Ivy League has challenged me mentally and physically, and it's really cool to think back on my freshman year and see how much I've grown here.
The best part of being on your team is:
The best part of being on our team is all aspects of game days. We have dance parties, riff offs, and post-game celebrations just to name a few. It's amazing to have a team culture where we genuinely enjoy being around each other and have so much fun doing what we love.
Most memorable game:
I've had so many memorable games at Brown for so many different reasons. If I had to pin down one, I would say our 2019 game against Texas A&M. It wasn't the most fun game, but it was the game that actually shaped our season that year. Coming out with a tie against a top 20 team set us up in a great position for the rest of the year. Before the game Kia asked us, "What if I told you a result today would put you in the NCAA Tournament? How would you respond?" I will never forget that question for the rest of my life. We rose to the challenge and months later were hosting the First Round of the NCAA Tournament.
