
Women’s Lacrosse’s Warble Named Second Team IWLCA All-Northeast Region

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's lacrosse sophomore Mason Warble (Bronxville, N.J.) was named to the IWLCA All-Northeast Region Second Team in an announcement made by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association on Tuesday.
Warble, a Second Team All-Ivy selection, led the Bears in caused turnovers (32) and ground balls (41) while appearing in all 15 games. Her 32 caused turnovers are tied for fourth best in a season at Brown while her 41 ground balls are 15th. Warble ranked second in the conference in caused turnovers per game (2.13) and was fifth in ground balls per game (2.73). She recorded a ground ball in 14 of the team's 15 games and had a caused turnover in 13 contests. Warble also added 11 draw controls and one goal in 2019. She had a career day to conclude the season against Columbia, registering a collegiate-best seven ground balls and four caused turnovers.
