"We did some really good things on the court and I'm happy everyone had a chance to play," said Brown head coach Mike Martin. "We have a lot of talent on the team with a deep roster who can play."
Three Brown players scored 11 points each including junior Brandon Anderson (Mahwah, NJ), who also handed out a game high five assists, junior Joshua Howard (Charlotte, NC), who added and four rebounds and sophomore George Mawanda-Kalema (Burke, VA).
Freshman David Mitchell (Roxbury, MA) pulled down a career high seven rebounds to help the Bears to a 36-32 rebounding advantage over the Seahawks.
Brown's height advantage was manifested at the free throw line where the Bears connected on 19-of-29 free throws and Salve Regina shot 11-of-16 from the line. The Bears also handed out a season high 22 assists on 32 baskets.
"I'm pleased with how we shared the ball," added Martin. "Our goal is to make the extra pass, move the ball and look for the open man."

The Bears jumped out to a 50-28 lead at the half with balanced scoring throughout the lineup. Desmond Cambridge (Nashville, TN) and Choh scored nine points each, while Howard and Anderson added eight points apiece by intermission.
