#11 Women's Squash Falls To #6 Yale, 9-0

Providence, R.I. – The 11th-ranked Brown women's squash team opened its season with a 9-0 loss to Yale at the Kate Brodsky Squash Pavilion.
Sophomore Scarlett Bergam held a 2-1 lead at number eight for the Bears before falling by a 3-2 margin, 11-4, 5-11, 11-6, 7-11, 4-11. Bears' sophomore Isabel Young also had a close match at number four, falling 6-11. 12-10, 5-11, 8-11.
The Bears will break for final exams and return to action on January 10 at Stanford.
