Brown's 29-game schedule features 13 home games at Meehan Auditorium and is comprised of a full ECAC Hockey slate with seven non-conference contests. The Bears will play seven games against teams that participated in last year's NCAA Tournament, including a home game against crosstown rival Providence College in the 31st annual Mayor's Cup. After opening the season at Holy Cross (Oct. 28), the Bears will host Providence College on Sunday (Oct. 30) in the annual battle for the Mayor's Cup. The Bears then kick off the ECAC Hockey schedule at RPI and Union (Nov. 4-5) before playing host to Cornell and Colgate (Nov. 11-12) the following weekend.
The Bears will open a four-game road swing with a trip to the North Country against Clarkson and St. Lawrence on Nov. 18-19. Brown will then continue the road trip with a pair of non-conference tilts against Maine (Nov. 26) at Cross Arena in Portland, and Army (Dec. 3), before heading back to Providence to host Union and RPI (Dec. 9-10).
After a short break, the Bears will head West for the Arizona State Desert Classic on Dec. 30-31, playing the host Sun Devils on Friday followed by a game against either St. Cloud State or UConn on Saturday.
Brown will return to College Hill to host New Hampshire (Jan. 7) in the first of three straight home games, followed by St. Lawrence and Clarkson (Jan. 13-14) the following weekend. After a trip to Harvard and Dartmouth (Jan. 20-21), Brown will play Yale in a home-and-home weekend, hosting the Bulldogs on Friday, Jan. 27 before visiting New Haven on Saturday.
Brown will have two home weekends in February, hosting Quinnipiac and Princeton (Feb. 3-4) and Dartmouth and Harvard (Feb. 17-18) in addition to a road trip to Colgate and Cornell (Feb. 10-11). The Bears will wrap up the regular season at Princeton and Quinnipiac (Feb. 24-25) to close out the month.
