#11 Brown Women's Squash Posts 8-1 WIn Over Wesleyan

Providence, R.I. - The 11th-ranked Brown women's squash team had a successful opening to its 2014-15 season, cruising past #21 Wesleyan, 8-1. All of the Brown wins came by 3-0 margins with sophomore Hannah Hay-Smith and junior Emily Richmond setting the pace with wins at number two and three, respectively.

Coach Stuart leGassick's team also posted victories at numbers four through nine, with senior Mina Shakarshy, sophomore Isabel Scherl, senior Katherine Elliott-Moskwa, senior Alexandra White, junior Skylar Murphy and freshman Katherine Pisani all earning wins in straight games.

The Bears travel to Cambridge, Mass. on Saturday, December 6 to face Harvard in a 4pm match.
