Cross Country's Mann, Van Kleunen Earn All-Northeast Region Honors

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Senior Jordan Mann (St. Louis, Mo.) of the Brown men's cross country team, and sophomore Lucy Van Kleunen (Philadelphia, Pa.) of the women's cross country team, were both named to the All-Northeast Region Team, announced by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The duo earned the distinction after placing among the top 25 finishers at the NCAA Northeast regional championship meets on Friday at Van Cortlandt Park.
Mann paced the Bears to an eighth-place finish, as he took 20th overall and finished the 10-kilometer course in a time of 30:54.65. Van Kleunan, who was the top finisher for the Bears and also led the team to an eighth-place finish, placed 21st overall in a time 20:57.07.
