
Bears Put Up Strong Fight Against #1 Trinity before Falling, 7-2

Providence, Rhode Island - The Brown men's squash team put up a spirited effort against the National Champions and number one ranked Trinity College on Wednesday, ultimately falling by a 7-2 margin at the Pizzitola Sports Center.
Out of three graduating senior co captains, only Evan Besser at #8 was able to play with both Adrian Leanza #1 and Ben Clayman #5 having to sit out due to injury.
Besser captured his match in three hard fought games, with Brown's other win coming from freshman Chip Lebovitz, who pulled out a thrilling well fought match 11-9 in the fifth.
Other notable matches were played by sophomore Alex Hsu who lost in five games and freshman Tod Holberton, who lost in four.
Next up for the Bears is the Team Nationals at Harvard, February 25/26/27.
