10th-Ranked Bears Beat #12 Mt. Holyoke, Fall To #9 Dartmouth

Providence, RI - The Brown women's squash team defeated the #12 ranked Mt. Holyoke team on Saturday, 7-2, and dropped a 7-2 decision to the #9 ranked Dartmouth squad, concluding what was a very busy day on the squash courts at the Pizzitola Sports Center.
The team played well throughout, with senior Sarah Roberts and
Sarah Beresford winning both matches each. Playing number eight,
Roberts earned 3-0 wins over both Dartmouth and St. Holyoke. At
number nine, Beresford came through with a 3-0 win over Mt. Holyoke
and a 3-1 victory over Dartmouth.
Coach Stuart leGassick's squad is now looking forward to the
Howe Cup at Yale, February 26-28.
