2024: Ivy League Rookie of the Year and Second Team All-Ivy. Weil was also named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week on two separate occasions (Sept. 30 & Oct. 21). Weil became the eighth player in program history to earn Ivy League Rookie of the Year, she led all Ivy League freshmen with five goals and 13 points, both totals led the Bears. Weil’s three assists ranked second on the Bears and her five goals ranked fifth in the Ivy League. Weil scored a career-high two goals at Northeastern (Sept. 19) while accumulating five total points against the Huskies.

Before Brown: Residing from Culver City, California, Ella Weil was a first-team All-League recipient representing Culver City High School. She was named 2024 Girls Varsity Soccer Player of the Year and was a four-time Scholar-Athlete Award winner. She is a two-time ECNL Southwest All-Conference First-Team selection and led her team to a North American Cup Championship in 2022.
