2015-16: Earned Second Team All-Ivy honors … Gained CRCA Second Team All-Region 1 accolades … Competed with the first varsity eight for the majority of the season; rowed with the second varsity eight at the NCAA Championships … Placed second with the first varsity eight at the Ivy Championship … Finished seventh, winning the petite final, with the second varsity eight at the NCAA Championships … Aided the first varsity eight to a 26-8 overall record … Helped Brown finish first at the Ivy Championship and sixth at the NCAA Championships as a team.
2014-15: Garnered CRCA Scholar-Athlete laurels … Rowed with the A varsity four for the majority of the year … Won an Ivy title with the A varsity four at the Ivy Championship … Captured third place with the A varsity four at the NCAA Championships … Helped the Bears come in third at the NCAA Championships and first at the Ivy Championship … Aided the A varsity four to a 33-3 record in all competitions … Rowed with the elite quad scull at the Henley Women’s Regatta and the quad scull at the Henley Royal Regatta.
2013-14: Earned Second Team All-Ivy honors … Helped the first varsity eight come in second and the Bears come in third at the 2014 NCAA Championship … Aided the first varsity eight to a second-place finish and the Bears to the team trophy at the 2014 Ivy Championship.
2012-13: Helped the second varsity eight place third at the NCAA Championships … Aided the first varsity eight to a sixth-place finish at the Ivy Championship.
Concentration: Health and Human Biology
Before Brown: Captained the Sammamish Rowing Association ... Earned Oarswomen of the Year honors, along with her current teammate, Ellie Place, in 2012 ... Also a three-time Gold Medal Latin Scholar at The Overlake School.
Why Brown? "I like the specificity that is allowed within my concentration and the numerous upper-level courses I can access as a freshman."
