Before Brown: Came in seventh place in the varsity eight at the 2015 Head of the Charles … Placed first at Southeast Regionals in 2016 and second in 2017 in the 1V8 … Finished ninth in the 1V8 at the 2016 U.S. Youth National Championships … Came in second in the 1V8 at the 2016 Head of the Hooch … Rowed on the club level for Atlanta Junior Rowing Association … Performed for coaches Jordan Smith and Skye Elliot … Also competed in swimming for head coach Landon Harris … National Honor Society member.
Personal: Alexandra is the daughter of Kathrine and Kevin Filan … Has two siblings, Caroline and Jack … Born on December 4, 1998 … Plans to concentrate in Applied Mathematics—Economics.
