Andrew Goodman joined the Brown staff in 2019 as the Director of Football Operations and spent three seasons with the Bears from 2019-2021.

Goodman previously served as the Recruiting Coordinator for Operations and Visits at Penn State for three years from 2016-18. During his time at Penn State, the Nittany Lions finished with a top-20 national recruiting class each year.

A 2012 graduate of Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems, Goodman lettered in football for the Nittany Lions as a wide receiver. He is currently working towards his Master’s in Educational Leadership from Penn State.

Goodman won an Ivy League championship as the Assistant Director of Football Operations & Recruiting at Princeton from March 2015 to December 2016. Goodman also spent two summers working as a Player Personnel Intern for the Buffalo Bills.

He and his wife, Brie, reside in Providence, R.I.
