2022-23: Rowed with the B4 for the majority of the season ... helped the B4 finish second at Eastern Sprints and third at the Ivy League Championships.
2021-22: Rowed with the B4 and 3V8 crews during the spring season … Stroked the 3V8 crew to second at the Ivy League Championship and first at the Eastern Sprints … Stroked the 3V boat in the season-opener against Princeton and Ohio State (Mar. 26) and in the win over Radcliffe (Apr. 3) … Rowed with the B4 crew at the B1G Invitational and in the win over Cornell and Dartmouth (Apr. 23).
2020-21: Did not compete.
2019-20: Placed 11th out of 47 entries with the C varsity eight at the Princeton Chase (Oct. 27) … Spring season canceled due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
Before Brown: Placed ninth at the Head of the Charles in the coxed four in 2017 and 2018 … Finished in seventh at the 2019 USRowing Youth National Championships in the coxless pair … Served team as a captain as a senior … Earned team’s Hardest Working award in 2018 and 2019 … Rowed for coaches Stefan Evano and Joel Skaliotis … Competed on the club level for Norcal Crew.
Personal: Sarah is the daughter of Jessica and Stephen Hope; both are 1992 graduates of Princeton … Has one younger brother, Nicholas … Entered Brown undecided on a concentration.
