Before Brown: Competed on D.W. Daniel’s varsity swimming & diving team for all four years … Served team as captain … Earned the All-Region Athletic Award ... Qualified and competed at the South Carolina high school state championships all four years … Finished first in region for the 100 breaststroke and 200 IM as a senior.
Personal: Ashley is the daughter of Hongseok Choi and June Park … Has one younger sister, Bailey.
Why Brown? “As a person who has an endless curiosity for so many different subjects, I was drawn to Brown’s open curriculum that would allow freedom for me to explore all of my curiosities and interests! The collaborative and engaging environment among the students and professors also enticed me.”
