Ivy League Announces 2026 Men’s Soccer Preseason Poll

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Ivy League announced their 2026 preseason poll results on Monday afternoon, with Brown predicted to finish in fifth place.
The Bears closed out the 2025 season in fifth place, after Harvard beat them out for the fourth and final seed in the Ivy League Tournament. Brown finished the year 6-7-2 overall, and 2-4-1 in conference play.
Last year's Ivy League Tournament Champion, Princeton, was chosen to finish first with 123 points and 14 first place votes. Cornell, who received an at-large selection to the 2025 NCAA Tournament was selected to finish second, with 111 points and two first place votes.
Penn and Harvard claimed third and fourth, followed by Brown at No. 5. Dartmouth, Yale, and Columbia trailed behind the Bears for sixth, seventh and eighth.
Brown is set to open its 2026 campaign on Friday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. against the University of New Haven at Stevenson-Pincince Field, with free admission for all.
