Avery Doran Named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - Freshman Avery Doran of the No. 17 Brown women's lacrosse team was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Monday.
This is Doran's first individual Ivy League honor and she is the third Bear to earn Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week this season.
In two wins last week, Doran had 13 points as she had a team-high six points at Bryant (Apr. 8). The Wilton, Conn. native then matched a career-high with seven points in Brown's 13-12 win at Dartmouth (Apr. 12), Doran also had a career-high four goals in the win.
Doran has had five or more points in seven consecutive games and has 20 goals to go along with 21 assists this season.
Brown will continue Ivy League play when they travel to No. 5 Princeton on Saturday, Apr. 19 at 12:00 p.m.
