Sophia Miller wins second-straight Ivy League Player of the Week Award

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Brown volleyball's Sophia Miller earned her second-straight Ivy League Player of the Week award after helping Brown earn its way to the Ivy League Tournament last weekend.Â
Miller led Brown with 4.00 kills per set and added 2.10 digs per set, while hitting .295 over two matches. Against Princeton, Miller matched her career-high with 24 kills, hitting .400 and added nine digs and two blocks. The following night against Penn, Miller finished with 16 kills and 12 digs, added five assists, two aces and a block.
The Dallas, Texas native now leads the Ivy League in league play with 3.52 kills per set and 169 overall kills. Her 3.95 points per set are also a league-high.
Miller and the Bears will close out the regular season with two home matches. The Bears will take on Harvard on Friday at 7 p.m. before hosting Dartmouth for senior night on Saturday at 5 p.m.
