Favorite experience as a Brown student-athlete?
"One of my favorite memories from BWC has to be our home dual race against Yale my sophomore year (spring 2018). I was in the second varsity eight and we, as well as all the other NCAA boats, beat Yale. In Yale's second varsity eight was one of their seniors who was the girl that had first introduced me to rowing years before when I was a freshman in high school so it was an immense privilege to race her. It was a beautiful day outside, with parents, friends, and alums lining the side of the Seekonk and cheering from the Narragansett Boat Club. Everyone was just so so happy with our results as a team and excited to keep pushing and working through the rest of our season. JOY!!"
Favorite class at Brown?
"One of my most impactful classes at Brown was actually my first semester. I took an Arabian Literature class (a topic that I knew absolutely nothing about from my high school). The professor was SO cool and engaging, I absolutely loved the material, and in fact ended up meeting one of my close friends in the class."
