Spring Senior Spotlight: Jacob Walker, Men's Tennis

Brown University athletics will be recognizing the senior student-athletes who had their spring seasons canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Two senior student-athletes will be featured each weekday on Brownbears.com and various social media platforms, starting on Wednesday, April 1, through the end of May.

Accolades: 2019 Academic All-Ivy … Two-year team captain … Ranked No. 74 in the ITA doubles rankings on April 23, 2019 ... Finishes his career 16th all-time at Brown with 65 singles wins.

Favorite experience as a Brown student-athlete?
"My favorite experience as a Brown student-athlete was clinching the match against Boston College this year. It was one of my first times playing number one singles, and they have become one of our rivals, so it was truly an awesome experience."

Favorite class at Brown?
"My favorite class I took at Brown was a music class, called "From the Blues to Beyonce." This class was really different and such a cool and fun experience that was way outside my comfort zone."
