Complete 2019-20 Schedule
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Second-year Brown women's hockey head coach Carisa Wahlig has announced the program's 2019-20 schedule. The Bears will host 13 games at Meehan Auditorium and compete in 16 road contests.
The 2019-20 campaign will kick off with five-straight away games, starting at RIT on Oct. 25 and 26. The first Ivy League and ECAC games follow with a trip to Harvard (Nov. 1) and Dartmouth (Nov. 2). A midweek non-conference contest at UConn rounds out the road swing on Nov. 5.
A conference series against RPI (Nov. 8) and Union (Nov. 9) opens the home slate before another road trip, with four-straight away games starting with Colgate (Nov. 15) and Cornell (Nov. 16). Merrimack follows on Nov. 27 while the 25th Mayor's Cup versus Providence will be played across town at Schneider Arena on Nov. 30.
The Bears will be home to close out the first half of the season and 2019, welcoming Dartmouth (Dec. 6) and Harvard (Dec. 7) to Meehan Auditorium. Contests against St. Lawrence (Jan. 10) and Clarkson (Jan. 11) open up the New Year before Brown heads back on the road at Union (Jan. 17) and RPI (Jan. 18).
Game one of the home-and-home series versus Yale will start in New Haven, Conn. on Jan. 21 before non-conference play concludes with a home series against St. Anselm on Jan. 24 and 25. The Yale series wraps up at Meehan Auditorium on Jan. 28 with the Bears remaining home to host Quinnipiac (Jan. 31) and Princeton (Feb. 1). A trip to North Country to face Clarkson (Feb. 7) and St. Lawrence (Feb. 8) precede Brown's final home games versus Cornell (Feb. 14) and Colgate (Feb. 15).
The regular season wraps up at Princeton and Quinnipiac on Feb. 21 and Feb. 22, respectively.
