
Men’s Basketball Introduces Six Newcomers

Providence, R.I. - Brown men's basketball coach Mike Martin and his coaching staff will welcome six newcomers to campus for the 2019-20 season with five freshmen and a transfer joining the program. Brown's incoming class includes freshmen Braelee Albert (Los Angeles, CA), Perry Cowan (Chicago, IL), Dan Friday (Detroit, MI), Carsten Kogelnik (Bethesda, MD) and Josh Watts (Bethesda, MD), along with junior transfer Noah Merren (Providence, RI).
"Our staff is excited to introduce the newest members of our basketball team," said Martin. "We think this class brings many key components that can help us continue to develop into a championship program. Each young man will have the opportunity to contribute on the floor and combine with a group of returning players that should make all Brown Basketball fans eager for November!"
