PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown University women's crew opens its fall 2019 season at the 55th Head of the Charles Regatta on Saturday and Sunday afternoon on the Charles River in Cambridge, Mass.

LAST YEAR AT HOCR
Brown placed seventh in the women's championship four and 11th in the women's championship eight to complete racing at the 54th Head of the Charles Regatta on Sunday, Oct. 21 on the Charles River. On Saturday, Oct. 20, the Bears had two boats race under the association of the Friends of Brown Women's Crew with Brown coming in seventh place in the women's alumnae eight and 11th place in the women's master eight.
2018-19 SEASON RECAP
Brown embarks on its 2019-20 competitive racing season on Saturday, coming off a 2018-19 season that saw the Bears qualify for the NCAA Championships for the 23rd straight year and post their 22nd top-10 finish at the championships. Brown remains one of three programs to have competed in all 23 NCAA Championships since the event's inception.

After racing at the Head of the Charles, Brown concludes its fall racing season at the Princeton Chase on Sunday, Oct. 27 in Princeton, N.J.
