
Men's Golf 10th At Princeton Invitational

Princeton, NJ - After debate about canceling the tournament, the weather cooperated with the Princeton Invitational and the Brown men's golf team placed 10th overall with a 36-hole 593 on rounds of 297 and 296 at the Springdale Golf Club.
Yale took home the hardware with scores of 289-291—570, followed by Penn (573), Loyola Maryland (575), host Princeton (576), Cornell (576), Temple (577), Harvard (583), Seton Hall (588), St. Joseph's (588), Brown (593), Columbia (593), and Rider (612).
The Bears were paced by junior Sasha Lobel, who place 11th individually on rounds of 73-70—143. Senior Kevin Li came in at 147 on rounds of 71-76, while freshman Drew Powell shot 73-76—149. In addition, junior Bryan Hong posted a 36-hole 154, shooting 80-74, and sophomore Conner Riley shot 85-79—164.
Coach Mike Hughes' team is back in action next Saturday, April 14, traveling to New Haven, CT, to play in the Yale Invitational at the Yale Golf Course.
