#13 Brown Men's Squash Completes Sweep of Bates and Bowdoin

Playing its third match in as many days, the #13 Brown men's squash team completed the Maine sweep of Bates and Bowdoin on the road by identical 8-1 scores.
The win over Bates was especially tough with five matches being decided in five games, with the Bears winning four of the five five matches.
Six Brown players earned wins in both batches, headlined by freshman Maximo Moyer, a 3-0 winner vs. Bates at two and a 3-1 winner over Bowdoin at number one. Freshman Andrew Wei (3 vs. Bates, 2 vs. Bowdoin), junior Philip Demeulenaere (4 vs. Bates, 3 vs. Bowdoin), soohomore Blake Gilbert-Bono (6 vs. Bates, 4 vs. Bowdoin), sophomore Harrison Boyer (8 vs. Bates, 6 vs. Bates) and junior Palak Goel (9 vs. Bates, 7 vs. Bowdoin) were also double winners.
Brown returns home next weekend, hosting Cornell on Saturday, February 3 at 2pm, and Columbia on Sunday, February 4 at 1:00 pm.
