
Men's Soccer's Pomeroy Named Ivy League Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Senior Nate Pomeroy (Groton, Mass.) of the Brown men's soccer team has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week, announced by the league office Monday afternoon.
Pomeroy helped the Bears (3-0) remain undefeated with a pair of wins against Georgia State and SMU in the Capital City Classic over the weekend. The senior captain scored one goal and one assist in the victory over SMU is give Brown a share of the tournament title. Pomeroy was also named to the All-Tournament Team and is tied for the league lead in goals (2) and points (5).
The Bears return to action on Wednesday, September 14 when they visit UMass Lowell at 7 PM.
