
Women's Lacrosse Lands Four on IWLCA Academic Honor Roll

IWLCA Academic Honor Roll
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Four student-athletes from the Brown women's lacrosse team earned IWLCA/Zag Sports Academic Honor Roll honors, the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association announced on Friday.
The Bears' Academic Honor Roll members include seniors Sarah Nesi (Westport, Conn.) and Lauren Toy (Kentfield, Calif.) as well as juniors Kerianne Hunt (Alamo, Calif.) and Ali Kim (Burlingame, Calif.). Nesi and Toy each took home the honor for the second time.
In order to attain IWLCA Academic Honor Roll accolades, a student-athlete must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and have reached junior year academic status. A total of 341 student-athletes from 96 Division I institutions were named to the honor roll.
Earlier in the week, (Wednesday, July 27), Brown was named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for having a cumulative team GPA of 3.0 or higher during the 2015-16 season.
