Men's Crew Falls at Princeton in Race for Content Cup

PRINCETON, N.J. – Princeton captured all four races against Brown men's crew, including the varsity eight to retain the Content Cup, in Ivy League action and the regular season finale Saturday morning on Carnegie Lake.
The third-ranked Tigers held off sixth-ranked Brown in the varsity race, winning in a time of 5:48.4 before Bruno crossed in a time of 5:52.7.
Princeton topped the Bears in the second varsity by 4.5 seconds at 5:56.3 and claimed the third varsity race in a time of 6:02.0, before Brown crossed at 6:06.8. The Tigers completed the sweep with a victory in the fourth varsity in a time of 6:15.8.
Brown will return to the water on Sunday, May 15 for the 2016 Eastern Sprints on Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester, Mass. Brown took fourth at last year's Sprints and finished third in the Rowe Cup team standings.
