WHAT'S AT STAKE
After Harvard decided to cancel the rest of its season, Brown, Dartmouth and Columbia are all in contention for the Ivy League title heading into the final weekend of the regular season. Brown needs a win at Dartmouth on Saturday and a Columbia loss on Sunday to claim the Ivy League title outright. Dartmouth can claim at least a share of the Ivy League title and the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament with a win over Brown.
LAST TIME OUT
Brown picked up a thrilling 3-1 victory against Yale on Senior Night last weekend. Will Cross had two goals and one assist and Louis Zingas scored the game winner in the 89th minute. Erik Hanson stopped two shots in net to earn the victory.
SCOUTING DARTMOUTH
Dartmouth is tied with Columbia for first place in the Ivy League standings with a 4-1-1 record for 13 points. The Big Green have won three of their last four games and most recently topped Cornell, 1-0, last weekend. Justin Donawa leads the team with nine points, while three other players also have three goals apiece. Matt Danilack paces the team with five assists. James Hickok is 7-3-4 in net and enters the weekend with a 0.68 goals-against average, five shutouts and a .836 save percentage.
LAST TIME AGAINST DARTMOUTH
Brown topped Dartmouth, 1-0, at home last season in a hard-fought season finale to hand the Big Green their only conference loss of the season. Tariq Akeel scored the only goal of the game on a penalty kick, while Joey Cipicchio turned away six shots for the shutout.
