#47 Dartmouth Rallies Past Men's Tennis, 4-3

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown men's tennis team fought valiantly on Friday afternoon before ultimately falling to #47 Dartmouth, 4-3, at the Pizzitola Sports Center.
Brown starting off strong in doubles play, as the duos of Brandon Yeoh/Justin To and Gregory Garcia/Ivan Kravtchenko cruised through their matches to give the Bears the doubles point.
After To stormed back to take a three-set victory over #52 Dovydas Sakinis, 3-6, 7-6, 6-2, and freshman Peter Tarwid ousted Diego Pedraza, 6-3, 7-6, the visiting Big Green rallied in the final two matches to claim the 4-3 win.
In the decisive match, Max Schmidt overcame an early deficit to defeat Brown's Jack Haworth, 3-6, 6-3, 7-6.
The Bears are back in action on Sunday at Harvard beginning at 1 p.m.
