LAST TIME OUT
Chloe Cross staked the Bears to an early second half lead but it wasn't enough as the Sacred Heart Pioneers rallied with two goals in the final 15 minutes to steal a 2-1 decision over the Brown women's soccer team on Wednesday.
THE SERIES HISTORY – DARTMOUTH
Sunday marks the 40th meeting all-time between the two schools with Dartmouth holding a slight 20-18-1 edge, including a 2-0 non-league win on Oct. 22, 2013. The Bears claimed the important Ivy League contest on Sept. 29, 2013, a narrow 1-0 triumph over the Big Green last season.
SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN
Dartmouth enters Sunday's contest unbeaten in its last four outings (3-0-1) including a decisive 4-0 victory over Vermont in its last showing on Sept. 21. Lucielle Kozlov is the player to watch as she paces the Big Green with three goals, while Tasha Wilkins has netted a pair of markers in just two games played this season. Goalkeepers Tatiana Saunders, Casey Cousineau, and Katie Fuhs have all seen action in 2014, with Saunders starting in four of six contests.
THE LAST TIME VS. DARTMOUTH
(10/22/13) - After a scoreless battle for nearly 70 minutes, a fluky own goal paved the way for a 2-0 Dartmouth victory over the Brown women's soccer team at Burnham Field.
CROSS NETS #20
Senior captain Chloe Cross' (Seattle, Wash.) goal in the 47th minute on Wednesday versus Sacred Heart was the 20th tally of her career.
YANT LEADS LEAGUE IN SAVES
Senior goalkeeper Malloy Yant (Fenton, Mo.) recorded her first career shutout in Brown's 2-0 win over UMass on Sept. 18. Yant currently leads the Ivy League with 30 saves.
KATZ GENERATING OFFENSE
Midfielder Erin Katz (Montgomery, Ala.) has elevated her play this season as one of Brown's offensive players to watch each game. The junior tallied her first goal of the season and first career game-winning goal last Thursday against UMass and has matched her shots on goal total from last season (3) in just six games this year.
FRESHMEN CONTRIBUTIONS
Six of the seven Brown freshmen have logged important minutes for the Bears this season, combining for 11 total starts in seven games.

The Bears return to action next Wednesday with a non-conference, intra-state battle at Bryant beginning at 4 p.m.
