Michael Riechmann Named ITA Northeast Region Player to Watch

PROVIDENCE, RI – Michael Riechmann (Houston, TX), a rising junior on the men's tennis team, has been named the ITA Northeast Region Player to Watch. A Second Team All-Ivy honoree in singles this season, Riechmann played exclusively at #1 singles throughout the season.

In dual matches, Riechmann compiled a 9-12 record, including a 3-4 record in Ivy League competition. Overall, he was 18-14 in singles action, earning a 9-2 record in tournament play. Riechmann also contributed in doubles action, going 22-10 overall and leading Brown with 22 doubles wins. In dual matches, Riechman was 12-7 in doubles, including a 3-3 mark in the Ivy League, while playing at all three positions.
