Jason Frezza starts his first season with Brown Women's Lacrosse as an assistant coach with emphasis on goalkeeping. Â
As a coach for Manhattanville, Frezza is responsible for the planning and installation of all defensive schemes and packages. He is also responsible for the recruiting of incoming 2023-24 talent. During the games, he oversees the Valiants’ substitution box. Aside from Manhattanville men’s lacrosse, Frezza also works for Team 91 Tristate Lacrosse where he coaches multiple teams ranging in age from middle school to varsity level. He is responsible for practice planning, team logistics, communication, and game management.
Prior to coaching, Frezza was a five-year member of the Manhattanville men’s lacrosse team from 2017 to 2021. The goalkeeper was named to the Skyline All-Conference Second Team in 2021 and was a two-time Skyline All-Sportsmanship Team selection. He was also recognized on the MAC and Skyline Academic Honor Roll four of his five seasons.
Frezza holds many career accolades in the Manhattanville record books. He has the second most minutes played in program history with 2,771:51. He recorded a 11.34 goals-against average and .553 save percentage for seventh and eighth best, respectively, in program history. Lastly, he has the fourth most wins with 16 and the third most saves with 649 total.
Frezza was a 2020 graduate of Manhattanville College, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In addition he received his Master of Science in Finance 2022 and a Master of Science in Sports Management in 2024.Â
