Bailey joined the Brown Athletic Training Staff in 2021. She is going into her 4th year with the men's lacrosse team. During her time at Brown, she has also worked with the women's cross country and men's water polo teams.Â

Bailey graduated from the University of Michigan in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. Following graduation, she completed a 2 year internship at the United States Naval Academy where she worked with the men's gymnastics, men's lacrosse, and men's water polo teams.Â

Prior to joining Brown, she worked as a graduate assistant at the University of Iowa with the men's gymnastics program (2019-2021), while earning a master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology.Â
