Ashley Branagan joined the Brown staff in Feb. 2026 as the assistant director of student-athlete professional success.

Branagan joined after 2.5 years as the director of personal and professional development at UConn, where she led initiatives focused on the academic, athletic, and career growth of student-athletes. A seasoned administrator and educator, she designed and taught transition courses, advised on career pathways, and worked with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Prior to her time at UConn, Ashley was an academic advisor at Bryant, where she managed academic affairs for seven sports programs. She was previously a head diving coach at Wheaton College.
