Brown University Athletics utilizes Teamworks Hub and Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting (formerly ARMS) as integrated tools to streamline communication, operations, and the monitoring of compliance within the Division of Athletics & Recreation.

Through Teamworks Hub, student-athletes can access team schedules, travel details, compliance forms, CARA certifications, and department communications in one centralized location—promoting transparency and accountability in daily activities. Coaches and staff use Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting (C+R) to manage compliance documentation, roster management, CARA logs, and prospective student-athlete information, ensuring recruiting and operational processes remain efficient and fully compliant.

Together, these platforms allow Brown Athletics to process, monitor, and document compliance-related actions seamlessly across all programs, fostering a culture of integrity and institutional control.

ACCESSING TEAMWORKS
Student-athletes and staff can access both Teamworks platforms using the following pathway:

ACCESSING TEAMWORKS
Student-athletes and staff can access both Teamworks platforms using the following pathway:
- Open the Teamworks Log In Portal.
- Select either Hub or Compliance + Recruiting to sign into.
- Click Sign in with Organizational Account (SSO).
- Search Brown University as the organization.
- Sign in using your Brown credentials.
