How does parking for football games work?
- Tickets will no longer be printed on hard ticket stock. All ticket purchases should be made online at BrownBears.com/tickets as there will no longer be a traditional box office. All tickets and parking passes will be distributed digitally. Extra measures will be taken to ensure that the process of admission limits contact and allows social distancing.
Why is Brown switching to contactless ticketing?
- Brown is shifting to contactless ticketing for fans to purchase and manage their tickets in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, the process of distributing all tickets digitally reflects Brown’s commitment to sustainability and reducing the University’s impact on the environment.
How do I purchase Brown Athletic Tickets for Football, Men’s and Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Men’s Hockey, Men’s and Women’s Lacrosse?

What if I don’t have Wi-Fi at the game?
- We strongly encourage fans to purchase in advance and save tickets to your mobile device prior to arrival to ensure Wi-Fi is not needed. If you did not save your tickets ahead of time and do not have service, please see a ticket representative for assistance.
How do I access my mobile tickets on my phone?
- Tickets will be emailed to you once you purchase. It is highly encouraged that you save your tickets to your phone when you receive them. This will ensure they are easy to retrieve on game day for quick entry.
- If you do not have the tickets saved they can be accessed through your account. Once logged in, you will see all your tickets for upcoming events. Tap the event you would like to view and your mobile ticket will appear.
I haven’t received my tickets via email. What should I do?
- Make sure your email address is correct in the system.
- Check your spam folder and add athletics-marketing@messages.brown.edu to your list of trusted email addresses.
- You can access your tickets through your account. Once logged in, you will see all your tickets for upcoming events. Tap the event you would like to view and your mobile ticket will appear.
What if I am having issues accessing my account?
- Contact the Brown Athletics Ticket Office at 401-863-2773 during business hours or email athletics-marketing@messages.brown.edu.
What if my phone battery dies or is lost/stolen and my tickets are stored there?
- You can present a valid photo ID to a ticket representative to look up your ticket.
What if I don’t have a smartphone or access to email?
- If you do not have a smartphone or access to email, contact the Brown Athletics Ticket Office at 401-863-2773 during business hours to discuss alternatives.
Do I need to print my tickets?
- No, we will be able to scan the ticket directly from your mobile device.
How do I manage my tickets?
- To access your account please click here. Through your account, you will have the ability to reserve your season and single game tickets, view and download your tickets, and update your account information.
What if I have guests arriving at different times?
- You can share tickets via email or text. Each barcode can only be scanned once, so be sure you only share tickets with the individual that should receive admission.
Can I have multiple tickets on the same mobile device?
- Yes, families and groups can use the same mobile device to scan their tickets if they are entering together.
Are there any software and/or device requirements for mobile-ticketing?
- Any smart-phone or tablet with a web browser will work.

How does parking for football games work?
- You can purchase a parking pass at BrownBears.com/tickets and the parking pass will be sent via email and accessible through your account. The pass will be scanned prior to entering the parking lot. As with tickets, we strongly encourage fans to save parking passes to your mobile device in advance to ensure it is easy to retrieve on game day for quick entry.
