Ivy League Releases Football Preseason Poll

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown football team has been picked seventh in the Ivy League Football Preseason Poll, the league announced on Monday. The poll was voted upon by 16 media members, two representing each of the league's eight institutions.
Yale earned the top spot in the preseason ledger with 15 first place votes, followed by Harvard who claimed one first place tally. Dartmouth and Penn rounded out the top four of the poll.
Cornell (46), Princeton (46), Brown (45), and Columbia (32) rounded out the poll.
The Bears will their season on Saturday, September 19 at New Haven.
