Brown Athletics to Induct 15 New Members, One Team into Hall of Fame

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown University Athletic Hall of Fame will induct 15 new members and one team at its 45th Induction Ceremony & Reception on Saturday, November 7, 2026, on the Brown University campus in Providence.
The inductees into the Hall of Fame include University President, Christina H. Paxson (Joukowsky Humanitarian Award), Margaret "Digit" Degidio Murphy (Special), Kathleen Flores (Special), Jim H. Johnson '01 (Baseball), Sean M. McGonagill '14 (Men's Basketball), Sarah A. Hayes '06 (Women's Basketball), James R. Develin '10 (Football), Greg A. Rozycki '95 MD'02 (Men's Lacrosse), Emilie G. Bydwell '08 (Women's Rugby), Jeffrey A. Larentowicz '05 (Men's Soccer), Stacey Johansen Ferry '94 (Softball), Bianca Aboubakare '11 (Women's Tennis), Tamara Renda Owen '99 (Women's Track & Field), Jessie M. Cooper '03 AM'04 (Volleyball), Ophir A. Bernstein '16 (Wrestling), and the 1996-97 women's ice hockey team.
