
Equestrian competes at Roger Williams Show

SEEKONK, Mass. – Brown equestrian competed at the Roger Williams Show at Flower Meadows on Sunday.
Sophia Ekstrand finished second in the Open Fences and also competed in the Open Flat. Charlotte Bain also represented Brown in the Open Fences and Open Flat.
In the Intermediate Flat, Amber Keown-Lang took fifth and participated in the Intermediate Flat as well. Sophie Butcher competed in the both the Intermediate Fences and Intermediate Flat.
Daphne Maniatis took sixth in both the Limit Fences and Limit Flat. Caroline Hwang took fifth in the Limit Flat and competed in the Limit Fences. Sydney Fritz also took sixth in the Limit Flat.
In the Novice, Jonna Batten earned three points with a fourth-place finish.
Lauren Lee-Hing won the Prenovcie and Ariel Montague was fourth.
In the introductory, Luoyun Wang was second and Kaki Su was fifth. Kira Clarke also took part in the introductory competition.
UP NEXT
Brown is scheduled to competed at Dartmouth on Sunday (Oct. 23) before hosting its home show on Sunday, Oct. 30.
