
Brown 2019 Spring Academic All-Ivy Selections Announced

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown University had 10 student-athletes garner Spring Academic All-Ivy accolades in an announcement made by the Ivy League on Thursday. The five men and five women were key contributors to their respective spring teams with a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average.
MEN
Rufus Biggs | Crew | Senior | Marlow, UK | History
- Two-time team captain ... Member of the 1V8 for three seasons ... Helped the Bears earn Most Improved Team at IRAs and place sixth overall in the Ten Eyck Memorial Trophy standings ... Received the Bronze Medal at Eastern Sprints.

- Competed in the first varsity boat all season, placing second in the Ivy League and ninth as a team at NCAAs ... Coxed the first varsity eight in all 13 races.
