Women’s Golf 13th at Low Country Invitational

Hilton Head, S.C. – Brown's women's golf team completed play at the 36 hole Low Country Invitational, finishing 13^thon rounds of 320-321--641 at the par 72, 5,836 yard Moss Creek Country Club.

Navy (600)captured the team championship by four shots over Bethune Cookman (604), followed by Limestone (606), Columbia (610), Appalachian State (626), Elon (627), Winthrop (628), USC Upstate (631), Radford (632)l So. Carolina St. (635), Wofford (635), Presbyterian (637), Brown (641), Gardner Webb (649), Citadel (674) and Lander (694).

Freshman Roshannah Gaur led the Bears with a 36-hole 159 on rounds of 83-76. Sophomore Naomi Lee came in at 79-81—160, while freshman Pinya Pipatarasgit and sophomore Brittany Park both shot 161, with Pipatarasgit shooting 78-83, and Park carding 80-81. Senior Elizabeth Doykan also scored for the Bears, shooting 92-86—178.

The Bears are back in action again at the Harvard Invitational, March 30-31, at the Orange County National in Orlando, Florida.
