Women's Lacrosse's Hudgins Garners Second Team All-ECAC Honors

DANBURY, Conn. – Brown women's lacrosse senior defender Marissa Hudgins (Syracuse, N.Y.) was named Second Team All-ECAC in an announcement made by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) on Thursday.
Hudgins has also picked up Second Team IWLCA All-Northeast Region and First Team All-Ivy accolades after leading the Bears in caused turnovers (24) while ranking second in draw controls (49). In Ivy League competition, Hudgins ranked second in caused turnovers, averaging 1.60 per game. At Brown, her 24 caused turnovers in 2018 are tied for 12th for a single season while her 49 draw controls are ninth. Hudgins concluded her career at Brown second all-time in caused turnovers (79) and 10th in draw controls (88).
